Feels like I am reinventing the wheel here in this moment of boredon after thinking "I will share my special ginger mix recipe in my blog". Well, it's random, but... why not? haha
This mix is very strong, but this simple recipe is very healthy and has a touch that makes it kinda nice. I drink it every day after waking up, making me feel more sharp and capable to tackle the day.
I just want to let you know that I am a dummy in nutrition. This is something that works for me, a physically active man in his mid-twenties, but people's anatomy is different, so please, be careful. I will not dig deeper explaining why ginger and lemon are good for you. The internet has too many articles about it already, lol.
